Terms of Service

By accessing this website or hiring BuildNewLeads ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("you," "Client," or "Contractor") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services.

You represent that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business.

BuildNewLeads provides done-for-you lead generation services for home-services contractors and roofers, including campaign strategy, advertising, landing pages, lead capture, and appointment booking. The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for your engagement are set out in a separate signed agreement or statement of work.

We offer a results-based guarantee that qualifying contractors can scale from $50,000 to $90,000 in revenue within 90 days of active engagement, subject to the conditions below. If the guaranteed revenue target is not met within the 90-day period, we will continue generating leads at no additional lead-generation cost until the target is reached, as described in your agreement.

The guarantee is not a promise of specific revenue. Results depend on your market, your closing ability, your responsiveness to leads, the quality of your offers, and other factors outside our control. We generate qualified leads; you are responsible for closing them.

To remain eligible for the guarantee, you must: (a) respond to leads within the agreed timeframe; (b) maintain a reasonable closing effort; (c) provide accurate reporting of jobs booked and revenue; and (d) comply with the campaign requirements set out in your agreement. Failure to meet these conditions may void the guarantee.

You agree to provide accurate business information, respond to leads promptly, follow applicable laws in your trade and jurisdiction, and not misrepresent your services to homeowners. You are solely responsible for the quality, licensing, and delivery of the work you perform for any lead we generate.

Fees, payment schedule, and any performance-based components are set out in your signed agreement. Unless otherwise stated, fees are due according to the schedule in that agreement and are non-refundable except as expressly required by the guarantee or by law.

Leads generated during your engagement are delivered to you for your business use. You may not resell, share, or broker leads we generate to other contractors without our written

All campaign creative, landing pages, ad copy, and marketing systems we build remain our intellectual property unless your agreement states otherwise. You retain ownership of your brand, name, logo, and any content you provide to us.

You agree not to use the site or our services for any unlawful purpose, to send unsolicited communications, to scrape or harvest data, to interfere with our systems, or to mislead homeowners. We may suspend or terminate services for conduct that violates these Terms or harms our business or other clients.

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that leads will result in closed jobs, and we are not responsible for the outcome of any conversation between you and a homeowner. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost opportunities.

Either party may terminate the engagement as set out in your signed agreement. On termination, you remain responsible for fees already earned and for complying with the surviving provisions of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
